Our preferred method of delivery is USPS first class or priority flat rate. Other shipping methods are available using either FedEx Ground or Express but you must contact us prior to ordering to make a custom shipping arrangement. All shipments no matter the method, includes tracking.
All orders ship typically within 24-72 hours, based on a Monday - Friday business week. Meaning orders received on the weekend will not be addressed until the next following business day. Any pre-order items will not ship until the date specified on the pre-order. Delivery times will vary based on method and location that the item is being shipped to. All shipping pricing is based on anywhere in the lower 48 US.
Unfortunately at this time we do not offer international shipping, but if you are interested in one of our items you can inquire at the time - prior to purchase - to see if a custom international/shipping process can be arranged for your order.
RETURNS |||
The Primitive Watchmen crew works very hard to put out a first class quality product. Many of the items are produced with both machine and man. Sometimes due to the hand process, items can have irregularities to them. Everything is checked for quality upon packaging and again when the items ship.
If there is an issue with the item you received, please contact us immediately and we will work our magic to correct the issue.
Items with a defect can be returned or exchanged. If the item is no longer available a refund will be issued. All returns and exchanges must be in unused condition with all original packaging and free from damage, wear, smoke, pet hair, etc.
Products can be returned with all original packaging within 14 days of from the time the item was received. In order to return an item, you must contact the Watchmen crew ([email protected]) prior to receive an R.M.A. number. Shipping is not refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. We will notify you when we receive the item, and when the refund is issued. We can only refund back to the original method of payment that was used. Electronic refunds can vary based on a number of variables including payment method and your banking/credit cards policies. The process usually takes a couple of days to complete so please be patient.
