SC[0]UT OWL - TBL HIRO

This is one of our two O.W.L. [on.watch.looking] characters named SC[0]UT. His eyes are zeroed in deep in focus watching his surroundings on patrol and onWatch of unfolding events. Perched to serve with the mission to warn and protect. This patch is made of blue cordura on a matte black with hook backer.
