This is one of our two O.W.L. [on.watch.looking] characters named SC[0]UT. His eyes are zeroed in deep in focus watching his surroundings keeping watch of unfolding events. Perched to serve with the mission to warn and protect. This patch is made of purple crown royal cordura on a H.I.R.O. gold with hook backer. This is made of the incredibly durable cordura material and cut with laser precision to give a crisp look on your gear.
