This is one of our two O.W.L. [on.watch.looking] characters named SC[0]UT. His eyes are zeroed in deep in focus watching his surroundings and in a sinister gaze of unfolding events. This patch is made of orange cordura on a matte black with hook backer. This is made of the incredibly durable cordura material and cut with laser precision to give a crisp look on your gear. This tactical blackout O.W.L. patch has a low energy reflection to the inner areas of the patch (shown in photos), but with out light it appears as black on black.
