This represents good and evil - for the LEO who protects his or her community. They protect all that is good amongst their people from the evils lurking with their community. When this patch is hit with light - the patch turns WHITE and reflects back. The patch displays the reaction of good intent and responds with a sense of help and restoration to order. As the patch without reaction stands in its DARK STATE which represents their awareness to the existence of the evil around them.
