This is the second glow-in-the-dark SC[0]UT owl following the October 2017 release of our original GITD. This special themed blue-glow patch represents those who serve through the night and hold the thin blue line. They work in the shadows, not always recolonized for all their sacrifices and actions of positive impact to their communities to preserve and protect the light on their watch.
This patch has a special blue glow in the fill of the patch design - subdued and not as bright as the original green - but unique and more meaningful.
